Did you look in the barrel with a bore scope, or naked eye? If naked eye, I'm not sure it is even possible to tell what shape a barrel is in, without using a scope.

Funny story... My Dodge is actually broke down currently.... but because of me, not the truck. I accidentally broke off the little nipple that goes from the radiator, to the overflow hose.
