Mostly in edge to edge clarity. Colors are slightly better and brighter and "pop" a little better with the Swaros. I was, however pleasantly surprised by the low light gathering capabilities of the GPO. I'd estimate they were 99% of the Swarovskis, and that is if any difference at all.

About a year before my Grandpa died, I asked him to get his old hunting pictures out reminisce over them and write a little story about some of them. However he never did I really wish you would have that would have been something great to put together for myself and my cousins and show my kids.

Believe it or not, the one I shot at 7 yards and closer, with 185 grain bullets grin a 45 ACP I had to shoot 3 times! All three times in the vitals!

What bullet were you using? Frangable bulletsndo weird stuff at high impact velocities.

I'll be honest I had a tag in my pack and the rifle on him and had zero desire to shoot. My first thought was we were in a blind for my dad and son for elk and my second thought was I just want to watch. Hard to explain but it was simple at the moment. While I can't agree (Ida killed him) I understand what you're saying. Kind of my sentiment while deer hunting this season. I didn't really have the desire to kill one unless it was BIG.
