Do they work with very limited space or they like to Butler Creeks go on the outside of the lenses? The scope on my 28 is mounted very low.

Just overall terrible performance. Like stated, killed two coyotes on back to back stands. Both took 5 rounds. No penetration, splashing, etc.

The 40s should spin in just about any barrel. Imho, I hate them though. Killed two coyotes with them one day... terrible results.

I've got a cheap scope on my marlin model 60, hopefully I can see the targets!

So, with my wife and I drawing rifle bull tags, I'd like to find a target for her to shoot at, to make it fun. Something that's close to life size as possible with a silhouette of a bowl so I can get her trained on where to put the bullet. I have browsed eBay a little bit and found a couple of options but still nothing to write home about. Is anybody have any ideas?

I get the aim small, miss small, but I want her shooting at an elk so the muscle memory of where to put the bulet (BEHIND) the shoulder.

Yeah found a bunch of them, but they're really really small to shoot at 400-600.

That's why ya wear the elextrinsic muffs! In all reality I don't wear anything unless i know I'm about to shoit either, but thems the breaks.

Any changes will effect the barrel harmonics. Slow spot and stalk sound like wearing electronic muffs would help a lot. They make quiet sounds louder.

Just keep it on at all times just have hearing protection handy. I like to use electronic ear muffs, can hear the spotter but not the shots.

One thing to remember, although might not be a huge issue....when I hunted 7e in I think 2004 I NEVER saw another sole while scouting, opening morning hour before sun up and there was something like 10-13 trucks parked where I wanted to be!

I know the battle Adam! My step daughter was 5.5 when her mom and I started dating. She's almost 12 now. The attitude she gives when her mom isn't her and flat out saying "no" when I ask/tell her to do something. I'm over it, I just let her mom handle it.....
