In 2014, when I drew my archery tag, I decided to check when I got home from work. I dont recall the exact time, but it was after 4am and before 5, and the charge was there. Big mistake. Sleep did not come easily!

7RUM Handloads
firstcoueswas80 replied to duckhunter175's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
What don't you like about the LRAB? Is it an accuracy issue or terminal performance on game? Accuracy. Notorious for two in one out groups. If I recall correctly, Lance had issues with them too. -

Companion Dogs on the Stand
firstcoueswas80 replied to CouesPursuit's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
When my lab was just a puppy he accompanied me and my buddy Jake on a day out Predator calling. We walked up on a pack of coyotes. They didn't spook in fact they were interested. My shooting was God awful I ended up shooting one and missing three others. I wholeheartedly think that they hung around because I had the dog with me. -

My wife got a rifle 37b tag to hunt with her friend Heather. I was supposed to go with them, but grandma was unable to watch the kids so I stayed home on dad duty. My wife said they stumbled into the pigs as they got to the hill they needed to be at. The pigs didn't spook, just kind of walked off. They got in to position. I was texting my wife, giving her advice. She had said that they could hear them and smell them but couldn't see them. Next thing she texts me "piggie down, 180 yards!" The pigs made themselves visible while the girls were snacking. My wife got behind the AR15 and dropped the hammer! I'm so proud of her.... she might be a better pig hunter than I am!

These have both been listed before. I'll listen to trades, but will likely be a little picky. I'm all set on ARS and hunting rifles. Ruger lightweight commander, great shape. Two sets of grips, original box etc, 2 mags. $650 Colt lightweight commander, TALO, wiley clapp edition. Super sweet gun. Original box, 2 colt mags etc. $850 These are FTF prices. I can ship to ffl on buyers dime.

Doug, yes we eat them. My wife's friend cooked it in the pressure cooker and then shredded it. We have been picking at it over the last few days and it's great!
