We cleaned out my late grandfather's shop today and I grabbed an old file of his. I'd like to have it made into a useful knife that I can carry/use on my future hunts so hes always with me.

Standard action, 80 grains, h1000, 1/2 mos (although my shooting for the competition wouod say otherwise), 180 gr berger at 3200.... color me impressed. -

And that's why FMJs are illegal......Yup. Yet our militaryis made to use them I haven't researched this but I've been told that's because a wounded soldier takes Out 3 where a Dead Soldier only takes out one, the Dead. -

Just overall terrible performance. Like stated, killed two coyotes on back to back stands. Both took 5 rounds. No penetration, splashing, etc. -

The 40s should spin in just about any barrel. Imho, I hate them though. Killed two coyotes with them one day... terrible results. -
