I was at Sportsman's today and saw a little pad made by Browning that was basically a 12 by 12 self-inflating air pad. It was really nice. If somebody didn't just steal $500 from my bank account I would have bought it but as of now that dispute has not been handled so I had to leave it. It was really light and rolled up super tight.

I have a Fenix head lamp that I really like too. Spot and flood settings. Although, the head band is a little small, it's a good light.

Heading to the range now, my 28 Nosler into with some of the eld-x loaded up to test out. I've got 200 on hand so we'll see how they shoot maybe I'll order some more!

I got the talleys for my 28 nosler today. Went to mount the hd5, and wouldn't you know it, I need maybe 1/8=1/16 more clearance. Looks like ill be going with the highs. I've never pout a pouch like this on a rifle so need suggesting. I would like it to have a zip pouch on the right side for plugs (my first braked rifle) and a few rounds.

Has anyone used the SKD pig? I like the looks but I can't tell if it has a built in rise or not.

If the mediums I wanted to use would have worked, I wouldn't need one. But, they're a touch too low so I need highs and I'll need the stock pack.
