Ready for your blood to boil?

Great rifle, and a great shooter. I worked up the load, loads and ballistic charts. One of the easiest rifle I've ever loaded for!

question about auto repairs versus buying a new car

If it's not a warranty issue, NEVER have the dealer do it. Those m48=4+&$ers love to charge double what other mechanics (with the same ASE cert) charge for the same work.

Far too busy for me Nick! Maybe it's the fact I'm not an engineer or math major but I like plain ol duplex with turrets!

    SOLD 91 Toyota 4Runner

I want that. Wish I could write you an I O U, dumb and dumber style.
  6. 100 TTSX is the ticket. Try at 3.200" first and seat deeper from there. Don't overlook imr7828 & R22.
  7. Killed A LOT of critters with the TTSX. From fox, javelina, deer up to Kudu, hartebeest and wildebeste, from 257 wby and 300 wsm. They work fantastic. I have witnessed more DRT's with that combo then anything else. I would suggest pushing them HARD and aim for bone. If you get your 257 wby running 3400+, and hit a shoulder the chances are the deer will fall so fast you will think you missed. My brother did that to me on a cow elk with my 257.

Can you cool a barrel quicker at range

Buddy of mine, who is an extremely knowledgeable shooter uses co2? Something hooked up to a tank and it works wonders. I've had an idea floating in my head that I've yet to make, but think it would work. 5 gallon bucket with lid Air mattress pump Hose/tubing Ice/dry ice Full the bucket with either ice or dry ice and put a towel or something to keep the water from getting I the pump. Place pump in bucket, cut a hole in the lid big enough for the tubing to come out. Attach tubing to pump, then put tubing in the chamber and turn it on. In MY head this works great but I'm yet to try it out.

What guns or bow would you want back?

Reminded me of two others. Sendero 22-250, great shooter, but heavy. GORGEOUS Kimber 22-250 AMAZING shooter. Sold it because I really got into predator calling and while it and I were very successful, I was putting too many scars in that beautiful stock.

What guns or bow would you want back?

Several 686's, although every time I get one I love the look and feel. Then I go shoot it and it does not compare to my autos, whether that be the 1911's or my XD. Have had some with some VERY slick trigger/action jobs that I could never shoot as well as my XD or even Ruger, 100% bone stock 1911. Traded off the one and only gun that was ever bought/given to me when I was in college to get my brother his first gun. A Savage 99e 308. I didnt care for the gun, but the fact that it was a birthday gift from my parents makes me regret selling it off, although it was for a good reason. Also traded/sold off a 25-06 in college that I really really liked, don't even remember why or what for I traded it. Bought/flipped a super nice, light Kampfeld Custom when I was saving for my wifes engagement ring. I doubled my money on it after shooting and drooling on it for a couple months. Wiush I had that one back as it was AWESOME!
