That is a question that will get a million responses... To be brutally honest, .484 is a very poor BC for such a big .308 caliber rifle. Great hunting round and will kill anything that walk, swims or flys in this universe, but not a great long range bullet, ballistically speaking.

No love for cats even in their own division. Coach, player, and defensive players of the year should all be Wildcats.

If you go hunting one more time and leave me with the kids... Pretty classless comment there.

From my understanding they have the steel core to be armor piercing, but had the green tip ( I would imagine for recognition of the different types of ammo.)

Which rifle stock and why?
firstcoueswas80 replied to Stickflinger76's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
I've got zero complaints about my McMillian Game Scout that is on my 7 LRM. Took a little getting used to as I am used to more sporter/hunting style stocks but I really like it and for as light as it is (my rifle is 7.3# before glass), the recoil of a .284 180 gr bullet at 3060 is manageable enough that my wife chose to use that rifle over my 257 wby for her deer hunt. -
Vaquero outfitters charged with chasing antelope

IF he is guilty throw the book at his asss, but until then lets not jump to conclusions.... We all know the media does not wait until all the pertinent facts are presented to start their public hanging of a person. -
A two die set from Redding or RCBS would work just fine.

There was quite a shortage there for a while a couple years ago, but the current market is saturated. Now is a good time to stock up on AR's and AR parts

Couple questions
firstcoueswas80 replied to couesbuck22's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
What bullets in the 300? In my experience, switch to the 50 gr ballistic tip our vnax for better results -
I've got roughly 2.5# (probably a touch more) of Winchester 760/H414(same powder, in the Winchester 760 packaging). $50 or trade for Retumbo or H1000 Ive also got several pounds of RL 25, $25/#, or trade for Retumbo or H1000 Located in Tucson, can meet as far north as Casa Grande, but will not ship.
