Hearing Protection
firstcoueswas80 replied to MULEPACKHUNTER's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
If never understood how come people shoot animals with out hearing protection. I am only 29 and I FAILED the hearing test to get into my job. (I was 22 at the time!) Luckily, I passed it the second time. I have not shot an animal other than a coyote or two with out hearing protection in at least my left ear since 2009. I use a set of plugs on a string, or better yet, the hard ones that have plugs on each end. Those work GREAT. As soon as a deer that one wants to tag, put them around your neck, then put one or both in right before the shot. No problem at all. -

Look for bedded deer really early. -
Christina, did you or Tom send any lead in the coyotes direction? Love the peek a boo picture.

he needs to fill out the sender part as him and if it is filled out or I feed him fill it out fill that part out and then she will be able to cash it.

I would be willing to guarantee there will always be leftovers. I'm sure if there aren't the Game and Fish Department will just bump up the amount of tags to guarantee that there are leftovers!

I agree 100% with the lineup Shelvin. Not only that, but I never liked goldy hitting third. I would have gone with Prado 3rd, then goldy then miggy, or trumbo when he came back. Imho, when they traded Steven Drew, out was all over.

LL World Series Title for Nogales, AZ USA
firstcoueswas80 replied to biglakejake's topic in The Campfire
I've played in a few of these tournaments, nearly making out to the big tournament twice and wow are they fun! Talk about roller coaster of emotions. I've only seen my dad cry maybe three times in life (when grandma died, my wedding), but the first time was when the team he coached got knocked out in the last inning of the last game before the world series. A huge congrats to those kids for being a tiny tiny tiny percentage of people in the world that can day they have done the same. -
I like Gibby, but the records recently have not been impressive. That paired with there's not much talent on the team. Let's think about it, the last time they were good they had Johnson and Schilling..... talent. They need a big name or two, imho.

What caliber rifle and bullet did she use?

Which caliber of tikka t3 lite for me?

Go with the 7mm. Ballistically trumps the 308 -
I'm in Tucson, I want them.

I'll buy that

Sure looks like a real nice buck to me right now.

This guy is a joke. I've watched a couple of his other videos.... he advises, while searching for other possible targets to turn your back to your primary target.... God I hope no one gets hurt listening to that guy!

In my opinion, factory ammo is fine, but expensive. You'll need to test, probably,a bunch of different Brands and loads to find the best shooting one. Then, you should buy a bunch, 200+ of that exact load and preferably the same lot number. -

260 if they make it in that caliber (not sure if they do), or 7rem mag..... the 7 is a great round, especially if you reload. -
300 trail cameras screams one thing to me..... Dedication to finding, and killing the largest critter possible for his (probably high) paying client.
