I bought one on a whim from a police supply company and don't care for it. Nicely made handgun, but i greatly prefer my xd, or even a Glock.

Unless they changed the laws, it is legal (or was) to ship a firearm within the state lines.

It's copper fouling, try something aggressive like Barnes cr10. Let a patch sit on that area for about 10 minutes then wipe it out
