    AZGFD Rule Changes

That right there (bolded part) is the backbone to this argument. This is basically government doing what they want because they want. Not because of need.

Had a big day last Thursday

We were in Greer, at the Johnson cabin. There was a CWT member in the cabin directly across the street. I posted that I had seen his truck/sticker but never responded. I wondered if someone would catch the camo on the veil! Her flowers were wrapped in camo, my vest/pocket square were camo, and our table runner was camo. It was awesome! Oh, and her garter was camo/hunter orange

    Eating rabbits?

I've always heard not until after the first hard freeze to kill all the parasites etc, but I think if you cook them long enough (like in a stew) then everything is ok. I have eaten jacks and cotton tails and I like them both. Jacks, if I recall correctly are a little tough and chewy but had good flavor.

    porcupine plant

I think there must be some sort of toxin or something on them because yes, they do sting!

    porcupine plant

I've had a few shin daggers go to the bone. That SUCKS! But, thats part of hunting in the desert, everything wants a piece of your flesh!

'Not trying to figure out your 'secrets', but just on observation. Do you have your cams on a trail/saddle? I like the second picture, almost didnt even see the bedded buck in it!

I have the same rifle in 300wsm and I used it in Africa in 2010 and it worked GREAT! Solid gun, pretty, and functional.

    WTB Dodge factory intake system

Currently, I have a AFE stage II intake/filter on my truck and I like it, but recently had to replace turbo. This was under an aftermarket warranty so of course, they tried to tell me that the aftermarket intake/filter system was the culprit. My dad gave me his factory intake system and some how, it is missing the very bottom elbow that goes straight to the turbo. If anyone has an entire system, knows where I can find one or better yet has the bottom elbow I'd be interested in buying it.

    Barnes LRX

I dont think the LRX really caught on. I havent really researched them too much, but from what I remember they dont really offer too much that the TTSX doesnt. A little higher BC and A LOT higher price. I'd shoot the 140 TTSX instead of the LRX.

    Account got hit today

You sure about that? Was it the tag price or the $7.00 app fee. I dont think cards have ever hit the week after the application deadline. Credit cards got hit for the $7.50 as soon as one applied for the hunt(s).

    AZGFD Rule Changes

Of course the amount of Coues deer killed from 2003 has doubled. Look at how many more people are hunting Coues deer now. This site has gone from a few hundred to a few (or more) thousand. Of course the number of animals killed have increased. More hunters in the field, more stuff is going to die. Simple as that. To blame that on baiting is ludacris, and unsupported.

    Another Border agent killed

Even though Elkaholic insists that what his chart says, over me being out working in it that night, I can tell you it was very dark at 130 that morning. Maybe not pitch black, but very dark.

    Another Border agent killed

Casey, When you are out there in the pitch dark looking thru the night vision, what kind of detail can you see? Are you only able to see the silhouette of the body and firearm, are there times when you cant make out the detail of another Agent's uniform, etc? It depends. Distance, how bright it is etc.

    AZGFD Rule Changes

What are you talking about Jeff... You're being narrow minded about allowing them to take one of our hunting styles so they will then there go after others. It wont happen and lets remember "This is called the slippery slope fallacy, and it has no place in intelligent discussion. It is only useful in presidential debates and political commercials."

    Wow!

I'll gladly talk about the game! The first half wasn't that great. A little shaky but still a close game. In the second half, U of A dominated Stanford and basically scored at will. The defense needed to play better instead of the trading 7 for 7, back and forth scoring. When U of A had the 14 point lead, I thought it was game over. Unfortunately, the defense fell asleep and allowed 14 unanswered points, and Stanford's defense finally decided to show up. With momentum swinging towards Stanford, U of A had the ball at the 17 yard line with 2 time outs and 45 seconds left. That is not a lot of time, but mental aspect, in my opinion should have been to play for the win instead of settle for the OT. Also, in my opinion the Coach took the wind out of the sails and completely let the air out of his team by being content instead of at least TRYING to go for the win! From an outsider looking it, it showed that Rich Rod had no trust in his team and he did not think they were able of driving down the field with short time to win the game. Would they have done it? Who knows, but the fact remains (again, in my opinion) that if he would have showed faith in his team and given an attempt at winning the game instead of settling for OT, that the team would have came out full of piss and vinegar in the OT round, instead of flat and morally defeated. The bottom line is yes, U of A lost and thats really all that matters. However, I am still confident they will be victorious come November 23!

    Wow!

If I recall correctly (which, I am SURE of), it was a ASU fan who originally came up with that 'idea'...
