I have Nitto Terra Grapplers on my 3/4 ton diesel Dodge. I rotate them every 2,000-3,000 miles and every time I go to Discount Tire to get them rotated they tech raves about how well they are wearing in. OTH, we use almost nothing but BFG AT/KO's at work.

Great pistol there. I carry the 4" compact service model every second of the hunt while I am out there. -
Your lion mounts have come full circle. From one of the WORST lions, to one of the best. Glad it finally worked out!

"Fear the fork" is a much better saying! Only reason to 'fear the fork' is if Rosie O'Donnel is next in line at the Golden Corral and youre a piece of food!

I am surprised you didnt book a contract with the outfitter for certain animals, with the option of adding others at trophy fee only. When I went, I had my contract animals, and then added a Red Hartebeest and was planning on adding a common springbok, but saw a very nice bushbuck I could not pass up... When your PH has you set up on an animal and then says "Monster bushbuck, will you shoot it?" It is hard to say no!! What ever you do, take animals you like... For example, one of my contract animals was a blesbok... I had absolutely ZERO desire to shoot one of them, so I didnt...

I will always stop and back off a touch at sticky bolt lift. My 270 wsm loved 64.5 grains of H4831SC (shot .138" at 100 yards) but the bolt was sticking so I backed it off to 63.5 grans, which still shot at a half inch or so.

I have the J107 Dragonfly and love it. I have had it for a few years and it has been the best pack I have used. It is not perfect and I have two main complaints but I do love it! Like all/most eberlestock packs, the shoulder straps could use a little more padding. When carrying out my brothers buck (in the pack, whole) it was digging into my shoulders pretty well and left from bruising. I know the pack really isnt meant to carry 130 pounds or so. It got the job done but could have been a little more comfortable. Also, the top/fanny pack part is a pain in the asss to get to stay clipped on. I am constantly fighting with that.
