There is no set rule on which caliber is more accurate. It all depends on rifle, shooter, bullet, load, distance, SHOOTER, SHOOTER and oh yeah, SHOOTER!

As stated earlier I went to junior high and high school with him, played baseball, football and wrestled with him. He destroyed Jorgensen and he is a GREAT fighter. Dominick is absolutely the LAST guy I would ever though would make a career out of professional fighting. He was such a quiet/small/humble/nice guy. Never saw him as a fighter but dam is he good!

Yes, use all the time you can! When I had my December tag, I killed my buck on the 3rd day, my dad his buck on the first evening, and my moms boss' hunt lasted a total of 12 minutes. I had most of the tdays off and huntued a total of like 4 days! Keep at it and be patient! They dont come around too often!

I also thought the RL line of powders was supposed to be temperature sensitive, but after more research and shooting it here, in AZ and in Africa in temperatures from about 30 degres to about 80 degress and finding no difference, I decided that wasnt true. Also, I have complete confidence in H4831sc and it is one of my go to powders.

The best way to practice, IMHO is to NOT shoot paper other then to sight in the scope. I shoot paper once a year, other than developing loads. When I sight in my rifle (I zero at 200 yards) it is on paper, normally with a chrono. After that, I do not go to the range again. I find the best practice and test is shooting rocks at what ever distance. That way, I shoot prone with a bipod and pack so it is a more field like shooting position yet stable enough to truely test the gun. Pick out a distinct rock and call the shot. Then shoot a 3 shot group and go measure how far from dead center you are, adjust your turret and do it again. I also plug my info to a ballistics calculator before I go out and make adjustments from there. As to the wind... I do not use a meter. If the wind is bending the plants or grass, its too much to shoot over 400 yards. If I think the bullet is going to move more than I am comfortable with, I dont take the shot. (I usually thikn 10 MPH is too much to accurately judge at over 400 yards)

I have not shot this gun since I had "El Chupacabra" made. It was a very good gun to me that I used and shot a lot. Bettin Custom Guns built Mauser 98 with a Shillen barrel. Recently sent back to Todd to bed and fit the McMillian swirly or "McSwirly" in a custom combination called the Coyote Bomber pattern. Gun has a Bold trigger that is VERY light and crisp. To me, it is actually too light, but easily adjusted.... He did that last time it went to him. It breaks like glass at about 1 pound I would guess. While he had it, he also reblued the gun so it looks brand new. He did come across one thing, he did say there was a tiny amount of erosion in the throat, which is to be expected with the rifle having about 700 rounds down the barrel pushing 140 Nosler Accubonds into tiny groups at 3200+ FPS. He stated it was from normal use and it still shoots well. Here are some pictures. The scope that is on it is a Zeiss 4.5-14x50 with turrets. It can be had with the rifle BUT currently it needs to be sent back to Zeiss, where they will fix the elvation turret. The last time it was shipped, the top turret was knocked off. Should be a easy, warranty covered fix. More pictures can be had, let me know. I would like $1,200 for the rifle and $1,700 for the scope/gun combo The gun is a proven shooter. Here is my best group at 100 yards with 140 Nosler Accubonds and H4831sc.
