    Bought a Rock Chucker kit

I have always full lengt sized. For both guns, I would shoot either the 140 Nosler Accubond, or the 140 TTSX. Both are awesome bullets and shoul shoot very well.

    Bought a Rock Chucker kit

Or you can use Hornayd One Shot case lube. Works great and is much easier... Make sure you add it liberally though.

    Bought a Rock Chucker kit

I prefer a electronic scale. Its much faster and easier than the 5-0-5 although I used one for a long time. Small hand tools, deburing tool, flash hole uniformer, primer pocket cleaner and hopefully and hand primer!

    Two different Predators

Nicely done Ernesto! I have never killed a cat and another animal in the same day! My partner has killed a cat and me a fox or coyote but I have never killed a cat + ??? in the same day. That is an awesome experience.

    bird dog problem

Let me start out by saying, I have never owned a bird dog, but I have read a little about them as I was looking seriously at getting one. It seems as the general concensus is to train them while they are eating. Put pots and pans together above their head, throw those poppers near them, use a cap gun while playing fetch etc. I could be completely off base, but that is just what I have read.

Remington Model 7 243 with scope, dies and sling

Tyler, last time I shipped a rifle I went to FedEx and I think it was about $25. I would highly reccomend FedEx over UPS. Cheaper, and the last two times I received a rifle through UPS, it was broken and I had to file insurance claims which is a HUGE PITA!!!

That would be a tough situation for me! An awesome deer and an awesome experience but I guess I would have felt a little guilt every time I looked at the mount.

    Tikka T3 Trigger Work

Interesting, many said they need to be longer than suggested COAL...well into the lands to be effective. Either way, in 100 loaded rounds at several case lengths with several powders I never got them to shoot really lights out. My zero is at 200 yards and just under 2" was the best group I could shoot with 168 VLDs pushed behind W760. Can't remember the exact charge/case length but either way it wasn't that impressive...and that was the best of the best. I will probably go back to 150 gr. Ballistic Tips and IMR 4064...I got consistent 1" groups at 200 with that load before I switched to Bergers. I wanted to get away from the BT's because of their destructive nature on meat, but after seeing the deer we harvested with Bergers this year I'd have to say they are just as brutal. Then again, dead is dead... MOA with the Bergers will work just fine as they maintian that accuracy. I never got mine to shoot lights out, but killed the buck I shot at 571 yards juuuuussssst fine. And I know the shorter COAL is a surprise, I was going the same way you are thinking until I shortened my COAL.

    Tikka T3 .270 factory loads

Not a Tikka, but the Federal Premium (red box) 140 Accubonds shoot lights out in my old Remington 721 .270.

    Tikka T3 Trigger Work

As a side note with the VLD's... I found them to be very COAL sensitive. Try shorter rather than longer.
