Pigs are everywhere in 36b. Try and find a good prickly pear patch, or a good spanish dagger hillside, and you will probably find piggies!

    Yellow Lab deeks Coyote

Charlie is 17 weeks old. Real good dog. I am pretty sure he is gonna be a big boy too. The vet thinks between 80-100 pounds! Funny you mention that, as I have to go qualify today.

    Yellow Lab deeks Coyote

Belive me Larry, I wish I didnt hit it in the head... Mostly because if my AR was on, I would have killed two... and I would have gotten to see how the 40 Vmax works on behind the shoulder shots. I dont bird hunt enought to justify having a pointer, nor do I have the time needed to train it properly. Charlie is sharp as a tack. He picked up sit, shake in about 5-10 minutes. He is AKC registered, and I got him from our own Aztrapper.

No man, I swear the gun was off! And thats the God's honest truth! I lowered it about 5 inches after I shot the dog, then shot it on paper and it was still about 4 inches high!

    MY 09 Nov Buck

I like skull mounts as well, they do look good, especially when they are done right... BUT.... Everytime I clean my rifles, I have to double check that my bucks on the wall are dead because they look alive in my scope!

    MY 09 Nov Buck

Its not always about the size... The second buck is my 3rd smallest, yet one of my most memorable... Mexico buck, at something like 235 feet above sea level.

    MY 09 Nov Buck

It looks nice, I really like the picture engraving, but it does not compare to a Scottyboy shoulder mount! I have three of them:

    Michelle Obama

I cant tell you how many "Obam lovers" I know who were so proud that they "had an influence on history, voting the first black man into the whitehouse".. Who now say..." Oh... I voted for him?" It is a bitter sweet victory.

    Berger Bullets

First, let me start by saying that the 140 NAB and my 270wsm is one of the most amazing combinations I have ever seen. Accurate out to 600 yards, fast and kills stuff right now! I have used the Bergers in my .257 and been happy. I have only killed one coues, but he was at 571 yards. I missed the center of the lungs by about an inch, but still took out the rear 40-45% of the lungs. Somehow, the buck lived for about 20 minutes before he dide (I have a witness to shot placement and lenght the buck lived who is a member on this site.) Having said that, his insides were COMPLETELY mush and I have no idea how he lived for so long. As designed, there was no exit at all. Something weird was there was not a single drop of blood on the ground either. The buck only made it 13 yards, and spent about 5 minutes laying down with he head flat on the ground. How this happened, I have no idea. Accuracy is about 2/3-3/4 MOA out to 600 yards.

    My old mans laid up....

My dad finally gave into his failing hip. Today at about noon, he went under the knife. My mom and I just got to see him and currently, he is in good spirits. High as a kite, and loopy but not feelin much pain. Doctor says that it was a success, and he should make a full recovery. He didnt have a full replacement, just a Birmingham Hip Re-surfacing procedure done. Less intrusive, and he should be able to recover quicker. Thank you all.
