Mike and Gino, What about the PERMANENT loss of hearing from shooting that way? I have never shot a gun with a break with out plugs, but I have shot plenty with out plugs. When I took the hearing test for the BP, I had to do it twice as my left ear failed the test on the first try. -
Were you on a ladder? Them things are hard to see unless you are above them! (or it is open, like it looks to be in your picture) congrats!

Kevin, I have a buddy who it took over a year to get the ABS alone! My .270wsm is built by Todd and he does an amazing job! I love the gun and was impressed with his work. I did a few touch ups here and there but the gun shoots like a dream! -
Now THAT is a successful day afield!

That is one big ole tom for sure! Looks like he has a block for a head!

I need to go get another one of them! Been a while since I got one!

Josh, the mentioned caller who posted the video is the person mentioned in my signature. Good guy, even better predator caller! They are fun to call in. The one I called came in hard and quick. When I would stop calling, it seemed to loose interest. Awesome creatures and they sure do not like to give up their fur at all!

I have Simms R3's on ll my guns (minus the .257 wby) and love it. Put one on the 7RUM and it tamed it right away! IMO, muzzlebrakes suck for the field! -
Those are good ones! Thatta boy!
-
Heck yeah! Nice cat! This one isnt for your birthday, so ho did you get so lucky!

HUH??? No snow here in Artesia, just a TON of wind! First day of fire arms was today and it was so windy, we couldnt even use the tower for range commands. We had to have an instructor in our ear telling us what to do!
-
That is a really good point, it does look ALOT like the now number 2 head!

I would think so. They can be anywhere! I have a buddy who found one and thought it was a javelina as well. It was atleast some what recent because it was still intact to the body. http://www.predatormastersforums.com/ubbth...part=1&vc=1

I have always used LP Obernauffs (or how ever you spell it) and have had great success. when I sent my boots back to Danner to have them re-soled they told me the leather was in perfect condition and asked what I used to condition the leather
