Very nice. As Christian would say, that area looks familiar! Any good bucks, coyotes, or fox? -

bullet selection for coyotes & bobcats 22-250 rem.
firstcoueswas80 replied to yote sniper's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
Try the 53 grain TSX. IF you are going to shoot this rifle for bobcats, you are fighting a loosing battle! The last dog I hit, I hit it with my 50 NBT's and he was DRT with perfect bullet performance. -

I have 3 mounts. Well, one is up, one will be done in weeks coughScottcough. and the other is waiting for me to get some $. IMO, $500 for a awesome mount that lasts for ever is pretty fair. I am mounting my Mexico buck because of the experience and because of being a different type of deer. -
Dang, that is tempting. you might have messed up Mike, I might have to put on my best and polish up the charm. Firstgirl AND Linnea? Hmmm... And on the north side? Lucky for me, I live on the north side of Tucson

Early morning dog
firstcoueswas80 replied to firstcoueswas80's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
Scott, That dog became heavy after 4 or 5 pictures! -
Ihunt2live and I met up nice and early this morning as we were headed for coyotes! We get to our spot about 15-20 minutes before there is any light out so we wait until we can see. We are at a spot that I have called a few times over the past couple of weeks and have always called something in. Well, I sit in my usual spot(where Chef had one walk by him at 10 FEET), and put my bud in another good spot. About 6 minutes in, I see this dog working the ridge about 120 yards out. I switch from my 12 guage, to my Kimber 22-250. One yip and the dog stops broadside. Perfect. The 50 NBT was on its way and knocked this dog DRT. Perfect!

So............. What was the bullet used at 620 yards..?!?
