Sounds good to me! I have a super full spun on the end of my 12 guage right now. I want to shoot a bunch of different loads and see what it pattersn best. -
Got this one right between the eyes... Took three shots though, there tricky to hit when theyre movin around! The XD-40 did nicely.
-
Thats awesome! Very nice bull! One question, how come its not going on the wall as a shoulder mount!?!?!?!
-
Hector, The Ribeyes were fantastic. Good balance of Garlic salt/pepper, and I could still feel the pulse... MMMMMM I know what ya mean about fileting along the back bone. Seems like it might be a little work though? I enjoyed picking the meat off of the back bone. That will not be the last time I eat rattle snake... Plus, the skin turned out really well and looks good on the wall!

That was the first time I have ever eaten snake, and I must admit it was pretty dang good! I might have a hard time letting a decent size rattler go from now on.. Might become table fare!

I got the snake. Stretched his skin out really nice! It is a bummer bout the lion, but theres always next time! I think both of them were small, younger lions.. I already have one of that kind of lion, need a good size one! -

I was shooting the TSX, hoping it would zip in, and zip out. If I would have hit the spot I needed to, it might have worked well but the shoulder on the fox pretty much ruined that one! Also, both shots were at EASY archery ranges so Im sure that had something to do with it! -

Doug, that fox would look great on the wall next to the kitty kitty, but like Bill said, the .257 was a little tough. In all fairness the caliber, I didnt hit either one of them "perfect". The fox was facing me straigh on at about 30 yards. Those things are so small that I missed hitting dead center of the ches by about 1/2" and tore a 4 inch gash in the side of the hide. The coyote was on a dead run away from me after missing probably the easiest shot in the world! Now, it is time to redeem the 22-250! -

Any illegals that you will see in the thick, nasty, NASTY terrain will most of the time be drug runners with guns. -
I have the J107 as well and I LOVE that pack! Last year alone it packed out I think 5 or 6 deer out and I love it. I used to have the X1 and it is a good pack, I just needed more room. If you are tall (like me) or more round than most people (like me) the X1 might be a little small for you but it is a excdellant pack. I only use the scabbard for my rifle when I am packing out a deer. I usually stick my tripod in the scabbard and it fits perfectly, and makes for easy and quick removal!

Dude, we are going to have to take out the quads ( ill keep it on the tires this time!) and check those bad boys out!

As posted, Fujinon is not making sports optics like that anymore. I was looking for their spotting scops and called them and the lady said they are not making binoculars or spotting scopes any longer.
