Take Ted Bundy for example... College educated, law student... yet one of the most prolific murderes this country has ever known!

Other people freak me out. I always have the means with me to stop a moderate threat (handgun, or rifle, or both!) But it doesnt put my heart to 100% rest at all. I always keep my eyes peeled for the unknown.

Negative on both accounts. the hunt swap is pretty much Person A. takes person B on a quail hunt... Person B takes person A on a rabbit hunt. -
New coues gun

Decided that since tha Shilen barrels are hand lapped, that they come broken in. I did run dry patches/patches with Hoppes through it every 5-6 shots or so to soak up the unburnt powder. Even at the end of the day, when I took the nylon brush and Sweets 7.62, I was surprised at how small amount of copper fouling there was in the barrel from the TSX's. Larry, I am STILL pulling blue patches out of the WSM. (Finally took a nylon brush to it as well.) -

Well, Larry and I just got back from the range... The goatsucker showed potential, but nothing stellar today. All groups hovered around 1.5 inches today. I had two groups where 2 were touching, and I pulled the 3rd shot! ... I am gonna mess with the lenghts and go back out and shoot tomorrow... On the other hand, my 270 wsm printed 3 touching, and the javelina and turkeys were in trouble out to 550!... Hard to think about that as a BACKUP gun! -
Have you felt the trigger on the Triumph? It is extremly nice! Also, it has the advanced coating called "Weathershield", is lighter and it fits me like a glove. I sold quite a few of them when I worked at Sportsmans Warehouse.

I am a big fan of the Triumph!

What's the guys name and how much would it cost to make sure that when they recover the draw data miraculously every CW member will be drawn for whatever applied for. Sorry, he's only able to do two fixes and they're both mine...1 December WT and 1 Desert Big Horn sheep coming my way. Larry, if he will do mine the same as yours, then Ill buy you the scope... -

Ya should be afraid of the Chupacabra... Or maybe just the deer And on the lions... Try the first time ever seeing a lion, being 25 feet from one the first time ya ever see one! Good thing for me was, he didnt know I was there, and my .270 was ready for him -
I thought it was interesting to see the "130-140" (not even close) inch whitetail that was with the mule deer and whitetail does at the beginning.

I also think it has to do with the owner.. Stu... he is notorious for looking in his bank and saying "Hey, I have 1.5 million in the bank(or what ever)... lets build a new store..." Then, the next month he cant pay his bills... It is remarkable to me that SW has stayed open since 1986. -

I just got my scope back! Woohoo! I cant wait to go shoot it this weekend! -
My first succesful hunt was when I was 12. My dad, grandpa and I had a unit 1 late rifle bull tag (my first time ever putting in). On the 3rd day, we pulled over on the side of the road and glassed up a herd of elk on the tippy top of a mountain that we knew how to get to the base of it by truck. Well, we get to the base of hill and take off. I match my dad step for step.. When he freezes, I freeze etc etc... We get to the last tree and survey the elk.. Oh man, theres a nice, tasty trophy spike standing there... This was way before we had a range finder, so we guess it 250-275 yards. I level my .308 on the spike and take my shot. I missed (go figure) and off he starts trotting... I jack another round in and I am on him.. I put it on his nose and squeezed. An elk dropped right there and never moved again! Well, Dad decides to tell me "Son, I think you may have shot a cow, I have a spike in my sights!" Holy chit, talk about a good way to start my hunting career!! Anyways, long story short we thought there was only one spike in the group, but there ended up being two. We walk up to the bull and the shot caught him right under the jaw bone in the artierey.

That is if you can get Black Death out of the truck in time!!! Know what I'm talking about right?
