I think that is the same female that was hangin around last summer. I've got a couple shots of her facing away & can't see any danglers, so I'm pretty sure it's a 'she'. I'm glad she made it another year, I enjoy seeing her pics. They dont dangle. They stay up tight against the body. Looks like a big cat, maybe to big for a female but who knows. GRONG!!!
