your right, the draw wasnt the smoothest, but i was very impressed with the speed, and everything else once i got past the rough draw.

Craig is a bonofied 32" draw. you guys know about me, and he makes me look small! I like the Bowtech General, very quiet, forgiving and ZERO hand shock. I also like the the 82nd airborne, but dont know if they come with you 48" draw lenght.

Well, we had taped him out at 48 3/8" but was offically score at 46 7/8". Didnt think that much shrinkage could happen, but oh well. Regardless of score, i am happy to have been blessed with such an amazing trophy.

Told him not to do that..... dang it...... I'm sick to my guts!!! Just talked to my boy... he says that he drew a hunt # that he did NOT apply for!!! Says he olny put 3 choices.... all bull tags. Wonder what to do now!?!? GO HUNTING and dont cry about it! He got a friggin elk tag! I am guessing somebody didnt get a tag Bah hahahahahaha! Or he just got turned down again for date..... You woundn't want the tag he drew anyhow, Casey.... Lets see... a tag to spend a week in the woods hunting one of the most amazing creations of all time... Your right, I wouldnt.

Well, we had him taped out today. He will rank EXTREMLY high... Jake, I will let you do the honors of posting the score! And to all: Jake, of Long Eared Outfitters is extremly professional! Granted, he has the bladder of a bed ridden 90 year old grandmother, but a good guide none the less. We spent countless minutes in the field judging and passing on younger jacks, or nice ones that wouldnt stay within 50 yards of the road. We were fortunate that our hunt concluded in such a manner, with such a fine trophy. I will definately be buying the auction next year, I also hope to win the raffle tag in the near future. If anyone is interested in such a fince centerpiece for your trophy room, I highly suggest giving Jake a ring!

Amanda, love that last picture of the deer leaping! My dogs would go insane in that water. it is impossible to get my lab out of the water (kind of why she has yet to go to the lake with us) and my mut ends up warming up to it and then we cant get him out of it! Those are awesome pictures!
