Lol actually, he didnt do any dove hunting! and sorry bout the pictures, i have got a lil bit of complaints on the blood, im gonna try and remove that picture right now. I only posted it to show that the broadhead did. I didnt take my digital camera, as it was a dove hunt! those pictures were from my camera phone. I, however did go back after we dropped the buck off and managed to get 3 birds in about 5 minutes. then it got hot and i went home!

by the way, the broad head used was a 90 grain 4 blade muzzy. SMOKED HIM!!!! complete pass through and he only went 30 yards!

thats a good amount of quail right there! I never have been able to limit out on quail, i have gotten 10+ but usually stop right about there. good work!

Jason... the glass is amazing (of course, i mean it says leica now swarvorskee). the button for the range finder is on the "wrong" side if you are right handed. and, if you get the 15x, then you now have a 15 power range finder. good luck ranging that 125" from 25 yards!

The reason it was closed was to make the antis happy. Now, I NEVER support making them happy but in this case its not a 100% bad call. We close the season when the fewest lions are killed and the antis are happy and its not a HUGE loss to us like could result. I do not support this 100%, but I am in about 80% support of it.

If/When they come out in 140 .277 i will be giving them a try. They have to shoot better than the accubonds do, and that is no easy feat!

hahahaha! well, it helps that i only work 40 hours a week at my full time job, I only wish i could work 60 hours a week at my full time job like you do!

So I know some of the people here have worked at sportsmans warehouse and not liked it, but I just got a part time job there today! I will start after my 2 weeks notice is up at my other part time job. I will be behind the gun counter! as a requirement for me being hired, I told my manager (whos a friend) that I will have to have my times off for my hunts and him and the other hunting department manager said no problem! sweet!

im about 10 credits ( plus a internship) away from graduating. I have all my requirements met; math, science, labs, major classes, language, art etc.. all i need now is credits to take me about the required minimum credits to graduate. gonna take em at Pima since they are a fraction of the cost!

im not exaclty sure when my first deer hunt was, but i think i was around 12 or 13 years old. so that would make it 1997 or 1998. my dad and i were hunting in 34a and we would "glass" with our 16x50 bushnells on our walking sticks. we would actually see some deer. one year i was sitting in the same draw that my second coues came from when two small 3x3's walked out. they were maybe 250 yards from my dad and i and feeding in our direction. I decided to let them get as close as possible before shooting. well, they got in the bottom (had maybe 20 smll mesquites in it, though no way they could disappera) well i was wrong! they up an vanished into thin air! never saw em again!

Scott, that response you posted kinda made me think... I have had gut feelings of not to go around the corner, or to not look somewhere before... kinda makes me wonder if it is my sixth sense?! weird!
