Doug, was out in 36b today ( got rained out! woohoo!!!) ( and saw a buck, Leicas are 1/1!) and the santa ritas were getting P-O-U-N-D-E-D with rain! they get alot of water over there, would be a good place to check out!

I was surprised! but i liked it! i listen to that stuff to! in highschool, we used to listen to it ll the time, sure did get us pumped before our football games!!! I like Godsmack, as well is Disturbed ( one of my favs!), linkin park, creed, nickleback... yada yada yada -

It's actually really thick right there, especially outside of the pic frame. I don't remember the exact time, but I think I glassed em up around 9:00 and killed around 10:00. It took a long time to get across a canyon and up the opposing side across from them, plus I couldn't see over the brush with my shooting sticks so I had to crawl up into a Mesquite and use the branches for a rest....probably pretty funny if someone was watching me! I also always try to glass hard the surrounding area before you shoot, if you have time, to make sure there isn't a bigger buck nearby.....happens alot on those early hunts! Thanks, JIM> Oh BTW......Casey, this would be an awesome spot for your Dec. tag...........It's unfortunate though, that I forgot where it was at! good thing that i know the area where its at then isnt it -

man i was slingin judo points last week, stuck one at 40 yards.... heard it thwack him... dont know where i hit him but i felt good about the shot/... he ran off! -
