How about watering times? When do you all seem to find them hitting water?

I am very interested in this as well if anyone has a take on it. I have literally never found the water source in two of my main areas, but I assume they are there? I have never seen a javelina at a water source. But I have found one drowned in a concrete stock tank thing. Do they drink regularly?

Says the guy that justed posted the same complaint in 2 success threads that he has had 4 very difficult years finding them. Lol

Would you care to compare results on Javelina over the last 4 years? Or the last 20? Or results in hunting in general? You just let me know... (and it wasn't a "complaint". It was a statement of fact) #t00lbag

  3. We had a VERY difficult time again this year. Last decent year we had was 2018, but it has absolutely fell on its face since then. We are filling out every year but dang we are having to work to find any at all. Last 4 years only seeing pigs one to three times in a full week, Herds of 5 to 8. 😞

The other side of that argument is to say that just because something is legal doesn’t necessarily mean it’s ethical. And if we as hunters do not want the government regulating every aspect of the sport then we have at least some moral obligation to voice our concerns and self police before we are regulated. I don’t necessarily think the debate is a bad thing.
