Practically brand new Sole F-85 folding treadmill for sale. I purchased it just over 1 year ago and haven't been able to use it much due to my treestand accident (tibial plateau fracture and vertabrae fractures). I did significant research and picked this one because it is the best of the best and had the best reviews on all the websites I visited. I completely agree with the reviews. It comes with all the paperwork, warranty, and extras. I'll include the reciept as well. Also going up on craigslist. Here is a link showing the model and features. Very Quiet. http://www.soletreadmills.com/products.php?type=folding

Need Title Company for a REFI!
TREESTANDMAN replied to bowsniper's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
No worries Carl. Brokerage firms also have to get their cut from these banks, so although the actually rate may be slighly lower, the apr will usually be higher due to unnecessary "junk fees" being added into the loan suck as brokerage fee, origination fees, appraisal fees, credit reporting fees, etc. Chase does not charge any of these fees. My comment remains that I will beat any competitor in order to keep a customer's business. -

Mark, I'm a Mortgage Consultant with Chase and I have the ability to beat any competitor to keep a customers business. Just an FYI to anyone looking to refi, rates went down 4 different times today and may even drop further tomarrow. This is the lowest rates have been in a while. thx, Mike Udall wk#1-866-330-1880 ext.19706 mike.s.udall@chase -

Desert Bull, I've taken a leak in my mock scrapes and believe you me, it definately brings in bucks and keeps there attention. I've even taken a leak from my stand and had deer come up to the wet spot. They didn't spook at all.

I kind of hope they outlaw grain/corn/sweet feed, but not salt if they do opt to do anything. As some people have stated previously, salt would be pretty much impossible to regulate as it is still good for 6-8 months after it has seeped into the ground. You can buy deer cocaine which is basically liquid salt and many other sorts of liquid salts. Deer also don't hit salt as frequently as they do corn or sweet feed. I disagree that this is a large issue as the rifle areas and archery (heavy timer) areas tend to be separate in each unit. For instance in Unit 22/23 Rifle hunters tend to hunt the pinon/juniper more open glassable areas than archery hunters who are concentrated north/northeast of Payson in the thicker pines. No factual data has been presented that these practices are hurting the deer herds. Yes, higher success ratios seem to have come as a result but I view that as a positive not a negative. From what I have read and heard from this site and different sites the opinions of the hunters in general are OVERWHELMINGLY in opposition to touching the issue. I don't know how to do it but someone should open up a poll for us to vote just to see how many are opposed/in favor/ or oblivious. I am very Passionate about hunting over salt with the use of Trail Cameras. I love watching, finding the sheds, getting pictures of etc the same trophy bucks year after year. It is very challenging, mentally, physically, and emotionally. I also enjoy spotting and stalking in different types of terrain, both archery and rifle. I don't see any valid reason to take away hunting over salt. -
Congrats on a well deserved pig of a buck! Thanks for sharing the story, I can relate. Mike
