    MEXICO TAG AVAILABLE

The guy who was interested in the Mexico tag no longer is. I am reducing the cost of the tag by $500.00 Total cost being 2K. You would be part of the hunt club of which quite a few members of this forum are...including, Josh Epperson, TAM, and Ward Outfitters just to name a few. This ranch has some incredible genes with long main beams with an extra point and high eyeguards being some of them. You are able to hunt from the end of November to Mid February and go as many times and for as long as you wish!!! This is almost like a Governors tag!!! I have reduced the cost of this tag because there is not much more time to order the gun permit. Please call me if interested and I will fill you in and give more details on the hunt! My hm# is 480-615-4352 thx, Mike

    MEXICO TAG AVAILABLE

Come on guys!! Time is running out! This is like having a Governors tag for goodness sakes!! In this situation you are able to hunt any time you want from the end of November to the 2nd week in February! Last year there was a 118, 112, 108, and a handful of high 90" bucks taken. From the sheds piled up at the ranch it is obvious there is a genepool of bucks with long main beams, an extra 4th point, and high eyeguards. On our scouting trip 2 bucks were seen that would go over 110 with a handful of bucks over the 100" mark. This was in September!!! Give me a call and I can tell you more about this tag if interested! I know that any other year people would be jumping all over this..heck I wouldn't be selling it then. Mike Udall 480-772-3815 cell

what do you think he'll score?

Wow! Great looking buck! I'd guess right at about 100" for that bad boy!! I also think he is a younger buck because he is kind of thin horned so he should be a brute next year!! Mike

.270 wsm and .243 are SPF. thx, Mike
  13. Tony, Nice job on a GREAT first bull. That looks like the bull we busted with his cows day 2 of the hunt. Based on where you shot him it probably was. Mike

    AZ muzz elk

Scotty, Nice job on a great write up and a great bull. Us bowhunters also had a tougher hunt than most years up there. I agree that it is the experience and comradery that really makes the hunt. I personally think the peak of the rut was postponed a little bit this year for one reason or the other. Next year should have more really big bulls than average if we get good rain as a lot of people did not fill their tags this year. Thanks again for the great write up. I looked for you up there but I guess I should have asked you what color your truck was. Mike

Now is the time to REFINANCE

Rates have been really low these last few weeks but today they took another dive and are about the best I've ever seen them. We were giving 15 year term rates of 3.875-4.25% today and 30 yr rates of 4.375-4.625%. FHA rates are under 5% as well!! If you are in the process of refinancing or purchasing a home now I would recommend locking in today, tomorrow or Monday. If you think refinancing would be a good idea, call me or any financial institution and refi your homes NOW as these rates may not last too long.

    Bows for sale

Thanks Whitey and Jason!! Whitey... that gun is my beloved Tikka .270 wsm...has a trigger job at 2 lbs, floated barrel, and topped with a Nikon 5.5-16.5*45 scope that I really like. This gun drives tacks!! I only shoot factory ammo out of it and I use the winchester 130 grn silver ballistic tips. My .243 is brand new, never been fired and has a Nikon 5.5-16.5*44 scope with turrets. Scope is also brand new. Comes with several boxes of ammo. thx, Mike

Daryl, Yes I did. Thank you very much for that lead. I was hired with Bank of America just before that and a week later they rescinded my offer because my background check was not completed in time for the training. Pretty ridiculous!! I start my new job today as a Mortgage Loan Officer with Pacific Coast Mortgage. If anyone is wanting to refinance their home feel free to contact me and I will do my best to give you the best deal possible. I have had several members here Refi their homes through me and I really appreciate their business. With my new position I will have more leeway to charge less for friends and family. Also, any referrals would be greatly appreciated and I like to recompense you somehow. thx, Mike

    my first bull

The bull above mine was a miracle bull. Jerry called him in for Doug...he came in silently and stopped with just his face showing through the trees. He barked 5 times!!! and took off. Jerry was able to cow call this lonely bull back around and Doug stuck him through the heart! This guy had 60" main beams!!! Mike

    First Yote

I just took my 2nd yote on my elk hunt on water. He walked in to 30 yds and stopped knowing something was not right. I stuck a broadhead through his shoulder at 30 yds and he flopped and dropped. The bull elk I shot came in about 30 minutes afterwards. In fact, the bull may have been spooked by the dead coyote as he bolted away as he neared about 30 yds from the wallow. Nice job.

    Broadheads????

I use the new Strikers since the wack-ems went out of business. They fly well for me but they are too expensive. I'm actually looking for a new broadhead. I used to shoot 3 blade muzzy's but I could never tune my arrows with them. When I switched to wack ems my problems were over with the tuning but the blades are kind of flimsy. I will never try a mechanical just from the stories I've heard. A few of my buddies really like rage broadheads though. My cousin just dropped an Antelope at 70 yds with a rage. Said the exit wound was huge!!
