Hi! Yes, yes I do. Stock truck. Went out to Redrock Tank and the trail got way to tight to go any further. Saw 15 does and 8 turkey down in Turkey Valley or Turkey Creek, I forgot the name. My dad and I drove about 400 miles without anything definitive. Any pointers or areas of interest would be super helpful.

Anyone have any pointers for unit 33? It’s my dads very first hunt at 66 years old. Javelina in February-

Hello ! So this will be my dad’s very first hunt at 66 years old. He’s got his blood pressure in check and I’ve got my medic bag ready to go as well 😉 I am thinking about checking out Redrock Tank, but in with speaking to the Rancher he said he hasn’t seen Javelina out there for a long time since a disease cleaned them out and that they aren’t that far south...? Can anyone confirm that? Also, can anyone point me in the right direction? I’m familiar with 24A, but have no idea about 33. Any pointers will help.

Seen a few watering holes on Google Pro and hoping my stock 4x4 F150 can handle the trail. I’ve never been out in unit 33 so it’s going to be very interesting. I spoke with a rancher in that area and he said he hasn’t seen more than 2 pigs in a group in a very long time since a disease broke out. After that he quit putting in for them down there. He also said Javelina don’t go down that far south? Was he pulling my leg I wonder? If anyone has some input it would be much appreciated. This will be my Fathers first hunt at the age of 66 and I’m hoping the blood thinners he takes won’t tucker him out. V/R,
