The fact that they have draw odds showing 0 points means to me you don’t get the extra point entry until after. AKA each app is one entry, then each bonus point gives you a lower number, so the odds you are looking at are correct . Idgaf, looks to me like it applies? Turkey are listed, but only sheep and buffalo are subject to the top 20% of tags, not each hunt.
