Main reason to me at this time is close to home, A couple of good Deer if you spend the time and with the economy it just works better right now being a small business owner. Thanks Amanda and Clay. sounds great. Here is mine: Season your steak with what you like and put it on the grill (do not over cook) I asked my wife to see if she could find the Greek seasoning. I have some fresh backstrap and will give it a try. I had a baked/broiled backstrap once and was awesome. Been trying to find a recipe for that without luck.

Brent I have though about Heidi because one of the reasons I love GSP so much is because of one named Heidi. When I was growing up my Dads best friend had 2 and one was Heidi. This man took me on my first Deer hunt and many trips behind his GSP's.
