I think there are some that feel: if you check the donation box if not drawn on the current App. you will not be drawn so they can get some free money. I do not believe that and never will but some do. So, If you are not drawn they Email or snail mail you and ask. May slow down the refunds a bit but so what.

Here is another point of benefit. Say you have a family of 4 and all love to hunt. To come up with the money for both species for four is a big chunk of change I was doing it when you had to do it for all of them (Species) at one time and I am not even thinking about the low dollar permits like Turkey and Javi. You have spent the $, leave it there, only worry about increase in fees and App. fees Win/Win

Yes and good point I would think maybe a reduced App. fee instead of waived. Maybe $5.00 instead of the current $7.50

I have allot of very strong thoughts on these matters but have been going to another outdoors forum that has a section for this type of discussion that is VERY active. There are over 32000 members from all over the Country and I get a wide variety of education of different view points. The nice thing is they are all outdoors man of some sort. I have one of those range finders and they work slick. Add a bit of weight to the bow but sure are handy.

you dang near got me talked into one(2,3,? But not yet I have been thinking about a Huge aquarium but they are a pain in the butt and you can't hold and play with a fish. We have had snakes in the past and my wife is cool with them she has no problem feeding them and having the food supply around. I am wanting to start out pretty low budget and see how things go. My biggest cost right now needs to be inventory for it. I can always upgrade latter if it takes off like it should. I guess I would like to be under a grand. Replacing an axle or rewiring is not an issue to me since I do it all the time. Would like it to look pretty good on the outside mainly.
