Awesome, TJ! Great pics! Yes, I agree that anyone who has not attended one of these things should definitely give it a try. Love the positive energy that usually goes along with the Youth Camps! S. PS: I agree Ilene, he actually DOES look pretty good in that apron! lol

Well heck, if the 2nd amendment is "out dated" i geuss the 1st one is too!!! All i can say is COME AND TAKE EM'!!! They just better make sure what they bring is bigger than mine!!! LOL What does that request have to do with the 1st amendment? 'Asking' someone not to air something and 'forcing' them not to air something are to completly different things, IMO...... S. -

COOL!!!! I grew-up in Kearny, and it would have been VERY cool to have the opportunity to see those critters there when I was a kid! Awesome that they are working on growing the sheep herd there! S. -
Best Mexican Restaurant-they didn't do their research!

Forgot about Tee Pee, and I live only about 3 miles from there! Yes, on par with Carolinas and others! S. -
I agree with this point. Keeping the information and the use of the information in the future could be a concern. Question for anyone here; It's been a while since I've purchased a new gun. Do they still have you fill-out the same yellow form that has been there for decades? I know it's not background check related, but it sure does have critical information (name, address, serial number of firearm, etc.). What is everyone's opinion of the 'yellow form'? S. If you are buying from a licensed dealer you will be required to fill out a 4473. It stays with the dealer and he also records the sale infor, buyers name, serial # etc into a "Bound Book". The book and 4473 stay with the dealer until he is no longer a dealer at which time he turns it all into BATF. So pretend a firearm is used in a crime and recovered. Law Enforcement goes back to the manufacturer with the Ser#. They tell him which wholesaler they sent it to who in turn tells them what retailer/FFL Holder bought it and by him looking up his in log book and 4473 he gives them the name of the buyer. If the buyer sold it and didn't keep a record od who he sold it too (not currently required in AZ) the paper trail ends. http://www.atf.gov/files/forms/download/atf-f-4473-1.pdf Thanks much! That is a great comprehensive description of how the current system works! Interesting nuance regarding the government actually holding/storing the information vs. the retailer/FFL keeping the information. S.

Casa Denogeans is the best in Superior, Slow service but great food. Grew-up in Kearny, and never been to Casa Denogeans. Always stopped at Los Hermanos for the torillas.... Thanks for the tip! I'll check it out next time I'm driving through! S. -

Clearly, that article is focused on a different target market.... Guayo's El Rey in Miami, Los Hermanos in Superior, La Casita in Mammoth, Carolina's in Phoenix, Los Dos in Springerville (or anywhere else....)! YUM to all of them!!! Filibertos too, IMO!!! S. -
Muley Crazy-Rabbit Fight Unreal!
stanley replied to Jay Scott's topic in Jay Scott Outdoors/Colburn and Scott Outfitters
Not too many mesquite or cholla up on the Paunsaugunt/Kiabab! Those are Southern AZ Fighting Jacks! Would love to see Ryan bring one of his "North of the river" jacks down So-AZ for some serious rabbit fights! Funny video! S. -
My taste-buds are tainted I think, by the monthly forced 'liver and onions' nights I endured as a kid. I remember having to choke it down drowned in ketchup! lol That being said, I have many friends who love liver and one of the treats at hunting camp (if we're blessed with a kill) is sauteed heart and also liver & onions served fresh that night. I've grown to like it a bit...... Besides, almost anyting wrapped in bacon will be awesome! I'll try it this way next time! S.
