Still available. The missing rubber on the eye piece focus ring does not affect the operation of the scope.

Just fyi, even though it's set for a 223 you can use it on any rifle, rimfire or centerfire by using the center crosshair for aiming like a normal scope. The hash marks are what is used for specific calibers at different distances.
