I know it's a long shot but thought I would check to see if anyone had a 357-44 B&D contender barrel they wanted to part with before I have a custom made.

Are you sure they have a lot of contender barrels chambered in 357-44 Bain & Davis? Pretty rare caliber and not looking for a collector barrel (can have a custom made for less than those). Thanks.

Hornady does/did make the dies but remember the 17-223 was never a standardized cartilage so depending on what reamer the gunsmith used to chamber the gun the dies may or may not work. The necks may need to be turned as well. -
