I was pretty much in the same boat. Had a 38 year old unit that kept plugging along thinking older is better not to mention laying out that $5K plus was tough. Bit the bullet last year after the unit started having serious issues. Best money I ever spent, electric bill is half of what it used to be and unit cools the house better than the old unit ever did.

Let's try $95. Little more info, LOP is 13", barrel is 21.75", oal is 39", weight 4.5 lbs. My wife got this for her 21st birthday so it was made 46 years ago. Figured one of the grand kids might want it but they have no interest.

Barrel maker and length?

Mines 17.5" in length but lacks mass and prong length, 78 2/8ths.
