  1. After years of telling my wife that this is the year I send my 10x50 SLC's in for a good cleaning, I finally did it. I knew they were pretty dirty, but they put so many new parts on them, that they had to give them a new serial number. All moving parts were replaced and new green armor and twist up eye cups. 33 days and $29, and I got a brand new pair of binos. Even looks like they polished the pupil lenses. Can't wait to get out and do some elk scouting.

  2. Hey guys/gals,

Does anyone know of anybody who buys salvage rv's? I have a 29' fifth wheel that suffered a bent frame (both frame rails), and my insurance company will not cover. Or, if any one is looking for a project to fix and maybe use as a permanently placed unit. Let me know if interested, and I can supply some info and some pics. Thanks everyone.

  3. Anyone here a big nascar fan, or know someone who is? Have a collection of diecasts that I'm looking to get rid of. A few are autographed and a couple are limited editions. Not looking for collector type money, just want to make some space. I don't have a list of all of them, but I can get one together if you're interested. Thanks for looking.

  4. When getting into position, should the wind always be in your face, or is a cross wind acceptable? Went out Saturday and Sunday, saw 20 dogs on 4 stands. Only 1 was slightly interested, but stopped at 350 yds, and turned away. The rest seemed to be completely occupied hunting field mice and prairie dogs. Most were 600-1000 yds out. What are your thoughts on what I may have done wrong, or were they just un-callable? Locator call would get a response, but rabbit distress and woodpecker calls were ignored. Thanks for any help.

  5. It was so fun! so glad you got a biggin!

Mark and lonnie hauled this dude down mtn.. gnarly pack out I would say at roughly 7.5 hrs from shot till they made it down to truck at 11:30pm tired, sweaty, sore and HUNGRY while I sat by fire and made sandwich and drank a beer while watching headlamps descend :) good friends dont let cripples help haul meat in difficult terrain.. thx for saving me guys.

    CONGRATS ON A BEAUTIFUL RAM!

Mike, if you can find me a ram, if I ever get drawn, I won't make you pack it out either. Nice job guys.

  6. I have an older style Badlands 2200 that I don't use since I got a new pack. It is still in great shape, but does have a couple blood stains on the Orange roll out shelf. Also missing a couple of the zipper tabs, but I have put on paracord loops, which seem to work better. Bladder is included. $150 obo, located in Surprise. Great pack just in time for a late season coues hunt. Message me and I can text pictures if you want some.

    Thanks for looking,

    Mike
