Deep fried mushrooms, onion rings, and hot wings with a few budlights to wash it all down. Then I might think about starting the burpee tomorrow. Got a feeling the burpee might start tonight. BURP, excuse me while I burp again. Peg, please get me another budlight thank you. TJ

Live Bear Cam - Brooks Falls Alaska
tjhunt2 replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in Black Bear or Grizzly Bear hunts
How long do I have to watch this before something happens? Thought maybe a salmon was going to fly in the air and the bear catches for her young. Couldn't find no fast forward. TJ -

She was completely in charge the whole day. Peg, Lexie, and I are moving a little slow this morning. Might be getting a little to old for this stuff. TJ

That looks awesome Keith. You will have to put a few of your bear recipes in the new cwt cook book when it comes out. I'm getting the itch to purchase a bear tag so I can try some of that stew. Thanks for sharing. TJ

Now that's the way I like to start my morning off reading a good story. Especially when it comes to kids out fishing Dad. Great job Lil X and kudos to Dad. I always enjoy reading about your fishing trips and know we're going to see some pictures. I can't wait till the next adventure. Getting them kids out there is saying alot for you Big X. TJ

I wish there was something I could do to ease the pain other than just comforting you with words. I can't imagine how you live with the loss of your brother day in and day out but then I think of that awesome family you have and I know they are what gets you thru the hard times. You are absolutely right about your brother never leaving the house if he had ever met your adorable children. I know them first hand and I can testify to that. I can just hear them calling him Uncle Jungle Jim. What a great way to show the love you have for him with a tribute every year here on cwt. Wish I could have met him. Thoughts and prayers to help you thru this time of year my friend. TJ

That is good news for us who want to go scout and spend the night. I think we still need to be extremely careful and use a lot of common sense with our campfires. Thanks for the report and sharing. TJ

This is hilarious and I'm going with D. If for some odd reason they said they forgot to give me my sheep tag then I will be going with E at the time. TJ -
Last night's banquet for the OE4A was a big success and I would like to thank everyone who came out and supported it. The food was great as usual and our cwt table had a great time. I can't remember when I have laughed so hard and had so much fun. My hats off to all the volunteers who work so hard to make this the best banquet of it's kind in the USA. Here are some pictures of the cwt members having a really good time along with raising some money for the kids of OE4A. My good friend Shelvin and Peg arriving at the banquet. This the the gang at the cwt table. top/left to right- Paul, Shelvin, Walter, Dan, & Kathy bottom Tj, Amanda, Peg, Ilene, and Roger These are the cwt members at our table As you can see we were having a blast. Probably laughing at Amanda's husband Paul. He was hilarious all night and had us all in stitches. Sorry Paul but I had to throw this in there. What a fun night. Peg wins an over&under 410 shotgun. Kathy Palin with her coffee winnings Kathy & Dan Palin Paul and I fight over who is going to get the last of the pig. Wish you all could have joined us and mark your calendar for next years banquet.
