It's always my fear whenever I leave the house as well. I good feeling when you get back home and all is well. I feel your pain and I also hope they catch the low life people who are responsible for this. It sounds like your wife and dog were home at the time. Is that right? Thank God they were not hurt. I personally think these kind of people should be shot on site or shot after they are caught. I won't hesitate to pull the trigger on anyone I catch stealing from me. I hope you recover your stuff. I agree on the meat vegasjeep posted. Any ham will cook good in a pit. Just something about pit cooking that taste so good. Try coating it with honey and wrapping in tin foil. I need to get my pit back in service. Thanks for the reminder and let us know how the ham comes out. TJ

Thoughts and prayers for family and friends of grandpa. Dedicate the hunt to grandpa and go kill a buck in his name after he's laid to rest. God Bless Grandpa! TJ

I take pride in leaving my camp as spotless as can be and the fire out completely. Those who have been in my camps can vouch for that. There's no excuse for this. I cleaned up someone's trash and put out their fire during my spring turkey hunt and wished I would have taken down their license plate number. You can bet I will next time. This is my biggest pet peeve among all outdoor users. Lark......I'm buying tickets on the 50yrd line for this one. TJ

That certainly is a huge bear and congratulations to the hunter and everyone who helped. How much meat did you get out of this bear and have you ate any yet? I heard the older ones are much stronger tasting. Thanks for sharing. TJ
