Yea, you're right. I didn't see it anywhere either. The last two years it was held at Ashley Manor just south of the Santan Fwy on S Price Rd. If no one beats me to it I will post this years location after I get to work. Got to run. TJ Sorry it took so long. I talked with Eddy Corona today and he said his website will be updated with the banquet information. The banquet will be held where it was the last 2 yrs at Ashley Manor in Chandler. The address is 1380 South Price Road, about 1/2 mi south of the Santan Fwy, on the west side of Price. There is a castle sitting next to it. The doors open at 5:30 pm and the dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. Tickets includes dinner, dessert, water, soft drinks, beer and wine. Hope to see some of you there. TJ

Sounds like Lance is the one to contact when it comes to a buffalo hunt. He knows the area and I'm sure they don't come any better than Lance. Please give him a call and check out his service. You can't go wrong with his guide service. TJ

Bill, not sure, but I work with a guy who I think has a friend who guides in that area. I will talk with him tomorrow. I will do what I can. TJ

That's awesome! Start an album of her own and you won't be sorry years from now when you can't quite remember this day. Yes, no matter what you think, it will come and the album will have a way to rekindle the mind. Congratulations to Lyndi on her first fish. Great picture for sure. TJ

5th ANNUAL CWT MARSHALL LAKE GET TOGETHER
tjhunt2 replied to Lance's topic in CouesWhitetail.com Get-togethers!
I would think mostly everyone who wore shorts with low cut shoes might have a few bites as well. I'm not an expert but have had several thousands of chiggers while hunting AZ. My first experience with chiggers was after a bear hunt that Peg and I figured I had over 1,000 all over my body. There is no doubt Peg has chiggers and the best solution that has worked for me, over the years, is clear nail polish. The more you itch them the more it irritates them and they just dig deeper. The nail polish will help with the itching and smother them. Good luck to the unfortunate ones who might have gotten a few. TJ -
5th ANNUAL CWT MARSHALL LAKE GET TOGETHER
tjhunt2 replied to Lance's topic in CouesWhitetail.com Get-togethers!
LOL!! Ya, I have insurance, but I don't think it covers chiggers and acts of stupidity like kicking stumps!! Sorry u guys are suffering!! Acts of Stupidity? TJ -
Thanks Bill for the update. Peg and I are so grateful that your cabin was spared. Yes, the fire fighters are not paid enough for what they have to go thru and putting their lives on the line. My hat's off to them and thank God they were able to save what they did. TJ

5th ANNUAL CWT MARSHALL LAKE GET TOGETHER
tjhunt2 replied to Lance's topic in CouesWhitetail.com Get-togethers!
Just a short update on our condition. These cwt get togethers are tough on us and our equipment. Taking out insurance next year for sure. lol I woke up Sunday morning and could hardly get out of the bedroom. The knee swelled up and walking was and still is painful. I helped Lance remove a stump by kicking it a bunch of times before getting smart and using a shovel so he could get his truck in. The knee took until Sunday to stiffen up. Peg is covered with chiggers on both legs and it's driving her crazy. While parking my 5th wheel in the back yard the wind blew the gate closed and wiped out most of my passenger side bed. Does coueswhitetail have insurance? TJ -

5th ANNUAL CWT MARSHALL LAKE GET TOGETHER
tjhunt2 replied to Lance's topic in CouesWhitetail.com Get-togethers!
First of all Peg and I would like to thank Lance, Carrie, their children Aimee, Weston, Rachel, and Ty for hosting this event. The Crowther family did an outstanding job and their hospitality is second to none. Peg and I left at 11:15am today for the trip home and just now got unpacked and bathed both our dogs. I will post some pics and a list of all who attended in the next couple days. It was a great time with lots of good food, meeting new members, seeing old friends, and enjoying the beautiful weather.
