Congratulations Ana on 2 pigs in a row. Thanks Ernesto for sharing her success story and the pictures of her hunt. I enjoyed every minute of it. TJ

Azviking101, welcome to the site. How was the fishing if you did any that is? TJ

Every time I think about going on a diet someone goes and post something like this. Dang Amanda, now I have to go home after work tonight and go thru the freezer looking for backstrap. Tomorrow will be a great day if I find some. Boy I love food! Peg noticed your floor and said we had the same one in our kitchen when we moved in to our house.

Congratulations to the hunter. Sounds like it was a tough hunt with the weather and all. Thanks for sharing. TJ

That's a great picture of you and Maia. Although she didn't get a pig it sounds like she had fun and will try it again. Congratulations to your sister Trina on her nice looking pig. I have a similar story with the ammo back at the truck and will post later with the story of our stock. I pm'd you a few days ago and will say it again that it was a pleasure meeting you, Trina, and Maia. Your generosity of sharing information on the map with places to hunt was greatly appreciated by everyone. I thank you for that and good luck with the rest of your hunts. TJ

That sure is a beautiful mount. Nicely done! I have got to get up your way sometime and check out your shop. Thanks for sharing. TJ

Happy Birthday Scottyboy. Hope you have a great day. TJ

Thanks for sharing your mount with us. Scotty did a good job and congratulations on your bear. Taking it with an arrow just makes it that much better. TJ

I need your 13yr old to show me his secret. On my last day of dove season I shot 4 birds out of 2 boxes of shells. I hate to admit that but it is what it is. I suck at shooting doves. My poor dog was going crazy. TJ

You have got to be kidding me. 10yrs old and shooting them distances? Can I hire Gabe for some instructions on long range shooting? I'm old school and would have to see it to believe it. That to me is just amazing. You have definitely done some servious shooting on the range. Congratulations to Gabe on his pig. TJ

Not sure what you're saying. I've been putting in for 30+ years and then missed a few while out of work and now have 18. Just wondered, that's all. Thanks! TJ

Just when you think you've seen it all. WOW! Simply amazing bucks for sure. Jim, I'm glad you're living out your dream and thanks for sharing and taking us along because this is as close as alot of us are going to get to Mexico. I thank you sir and keep the stories and pictures coming. It makes my day to read your posts. TJ

Does anyone know what the max bonus points are for sheep? TJ

I have to agree with coach on the three generations hunting together. Congratulations on your first pig. Looks like a nice one. Finding a den like that is a gold mine when it comes to pig hunting. There will be other bedding grounds in the area and once you locate them you have a honey hole for sure. If you would like a little advise I say try to close the distance as close as possible for your son to shoot. Keeping the wind in your favor will definitely help you achieve this. Good luck and I'll be waiting for your next successful post. TJ

Hope this day brings lots of well wishes and you get to enjoy whatever it is you love to do. TJ

We've been down this road before and my take is we will be down it again. Opinions are defined by what we think is right. That's one's opinion. As hunters and fellow sportsmen I feel we should listen to each other's opinions and respect them but also they should respect each of our opinions as well whether or not they agree. It's hard for someone to know the ability of one's capability to harverst game at different distances just by reading this forum. I will admit a year ago I was not on the band wagon of the long shooters. This site has opened my eyes to a whole new other world and I have taken a different approach on the subject. Here is my final thought, it's alright to diagree and express your opinion but you shouldn't criticize one's ability to harvest game, no matter what the distance may be, unless you know the hunter's capability personally. I think I know but I'm not quite certain what exactly your point is. A very interesting video to say the least. I agree to disagree and we must, as hunters, stick together. TJ

Congratulations Felix. Them are some great pictures of Felix after the shot and hauling it up out of there. It doesn't get any better than that and another first timer. Awesome! This has been a great year for the ladies and thanks for sharing Scott. TJ

The look is great. With the upcoming turkey season around the corner you're right on with the turkey. Change the pic with each changing season. Can't wait to view the final touches. TJ

Sounds like your time in the field with Gabe was very rewarding. Thanks for sharing that with us. Bill has a good point there and for me it's not just knowing the difference between right and wrong but how you conduct yourself in the field and in your daily life that shapes you as one with good ethics. If this gets the kids ramped up then that just makes my day. This is the time of year I get excited about fishing for crappie. I'm not that good of a fisherman to catch them any other time of the year. Have fun on the water and share some pictures of the kids with their fish. TJ

This definitely was one of the most rewarding events Peg and I have attended. Amanada did a great job organizing this Women's Hunt. The support from Buenis Aires Wildlife Refuge, azgf, all the mentors, family and friends, Youth Outdoors Unlimited, the huntress's who were super, and our very own Coueswhitetail was nothing less than first class. Bill (Azslim) is an interesting, bigger than life, person to talk with on his sausage making and I hope each of you get the opportunity to meet and talk with him someday. I had the pleasure of meeting Graig McMullin a few years ago on my elk hunt and was glad to see him again. He is an excellent speaker, a true asset to azgfd, and we were honored to hear him speak. All the cooks from YOU did an oustanding job and the food was top notch and Mark, one of the cooks, gave a great talk on safety and keeping it fun. Ilene and Roger brought firewood all the way from flagstaff and was most appreciated on those 24deg mornings. I missed the opportunity to visit with Pine Donkey, after he drove in on Sunday to meet me, but was on a blood trail at that particular time. Sorry! I did get to meet his lovely wife and daughter, Laurie & Chrstie, and enjoyed their company. I can't thank Amanda enough for teaming me up with Deb, Michele, Carrol, Shannon, and Kristin. Deb and Michele mentored with me and both showed experience and had what it took to do a great job. Carrol, Shannon, and Kristin showed exceptional safety skills and I couldn't have been more pleased to have helped mentored these girls with Deb and Michele's help. It was an honor to have met so many nice people who really care for the sport of hunting and helping others. I could go on and on with names but with due respect it was my pleasure to have met each and everyone of you. I will post later with the story of our three day hunt and stock on the pigs that ended with 6 pigs single file passing by at 10yrds with Shannon's handgun cocked and ready to drop the hammer. There definitely were some funny story making events that will be told around the campfire for years to come. lol Congratulations to all the successful huntress's who harvested a pig. TJ

Congratulations Jim and pat yourself on your back for me. Looking forward to hearing the story and seeing more pics of your buck. Looks like a nice one and I'm happy you checked one off your bucket list caus I know I'm on your list of hunters to guide someday. I'm not? I must have been day dreaming again. TJ

It don't get any better than that now does it? Congratulations to both of you but especially to your son Enrique on his first kill. Great picture and thanks for sharing. TJ

I can't help you with your question only because I haven't done any hunting down that way. I can welcome you to the site and I'm sure you have come to the right site for help. That's an awesome buck you shot pictured in your profile. Is it from a southern unit? TJ
