    PROP 109

Bill, I personally had to tell people on how to vote. They came and asked what they should do.I first read it as a no vote then knew what was right. . It was not very clear to those non hunters who wanted to do the right thing for the hunters. Those hunters who didn't vote should hide there heads in shame. TJ

Very nice! The artist did an awesome job. Thanks for sharing. TJ
  4. This post reminds me when I left the heart and liver in one of my day packs. A week or so went bye and I started accussing the wife of not cleaning up after the kids she does daycare for. I said there has got to be crap on the carpet in the hall way and it's starting to stink to high heaven. I walked into my den a couple weeks later and about lost it. The smell would not come out and I threw a perfectly good pack away. TJ

    whats in your pack?

The last few years my brother turned me on to the use of glow sticks. They are amazing. Great for tracking an animal. Once you have tried them you will wonder how you ever done without them. Ever want to go back to last blood and wonder where the spot was? Never again with these babies. Once you find your animal you back track thru the woods and take them down as you go. They look so neat thru the woods at night and never get lost. Most will stay lit for 24hrs. TJ

    Dove Recipe

Here is a recipe my wife came up with many years ago and has to be one of my favorites of all times. We prepared it last night. We had several guests for super including Ted, aka Jackshoe, and his wife Ann Bounds. I'll try and explain the prepareness along with the pictures. These are 40 doves cleaned including skin on with legs. Gizards & hearts to be places in the stuffing Cook uncle Ben's wild rice and stove top dressing then mix together for stuffing the birds. Hand stuff each bird and place in a cooking pan that will accommodate the amount of birds you are cooking. Your pan should look something like this. Place bacon to cover birds. We used sherry wine but any good cooking wine will do. Pour wine until it's about halfway up the birds. Cover with foil and cook at 350deg. for 2hrs. ENJOY!
