That is one big bodied deer right there. Thanks for sharing the picture. Sounds like your Dad was a go getter building that house and serving his country at such a young age. You come from good stock for sure. TJ

Amanda, I thought I would bring this back up to the head of the forum for those who might have missed it. $50 for a dinner and did I mention the beer and wine is included. This night goes to benefit the organazation helping kids so I hope to see a few more coues members jump on the band wagon. It ought to be a fun night so lets get together and give back a little if you can. See ya there. TJ -
Thanks for sharing Amanda. Looks like everyone had a great time. I have been thinking about joining the mushroom club here in az so I will know which ones are good to eat. TJ

Amanda, you can count on me being there showing my support from a cwt.com member to this new organization of helping kids. My e-mail has been down for weeks so can tickets be purchased at the door? I look forward to sitting and meeting with cwt members on this night. What a great idea of giving back and helping out our up and coming new generation of sportsmen and sportswomen. See you there. That's my sister. She got into archery 3 years ago and won the female hunter class the first 2 years she shot. She had to move up a class and she ended up third in the triple crown this year in FBR. She has done very well so far. But she can be a trouble maker!! I get a kick out of talking with her and you can see the excitement in her eyes when she talks about archery or hunting. A trouble maker? I'll sure be carefull the next time we talk and i won't let her know what you said. -

Welcome to the site Danali. The javelina is my favorite of all big game and are a blast to hunt. The information that is available here on this site is worth a ton of gold. As a newbe on here it is your responsiblity tell us about that buck in your avatar. Ok, maybe not but you have started out right by teasing us all with that picture and now you have some explaining to do. TJ ps....Congratulations on that pig and thanks for sharing.

You're not here yet but welcome to our state and my $.02 worth is if you're only going to rent for a shot period I would look for a closer location near work and then decide later on a house. If you have narrowed down those two locations then south Gilbert would be a better choice for the short stay. The traffic from Queen Creek can be quite frustrating. Hope your transition is a smooth one. TJ
