My exact thoughts. I've caught 1 walleye since coming to Az. My wife saw the picture and said where the heck were they caught from. I caught walleyes, while growing up in Ohio and fishing Canada every year as I grew up, and miss the catching and eating of them. Thanks for sharing. TJ

I was wondering if anyone has ever fished Talkalai Lake and is it good fishing? How big is it and are boats allowed? Does anyone know of any other good fishing lakes on the res. with bass and crappies as well? Was just wondering since I bought a yearly permit and would like to check out some other spots. Thanks! Hopefully you'll have better luck than the wife and I. Only 16 on Sat. and 2 yesterday. The wind was bad on Sun. Talked to quite a few fishermen and it was the same story from everyone. The story of my life when it comes to fishing. One guy said "should have been here last Wend. or Thurs. We boated 160 in just a few hours." It's that time of year when it's on-again/off-again.
