Taking out the application fee might constitute accepting the application. Most likely, they would be returned unopened to Cabelas. OK, here is what we need to do. Spread the word out to all nonres. to be sure and put in through the services of Cabelas. We might as well get a few residents to do the same. I'm sure there will be a few we can fool.
