I saw this last year. Would like to see more information. TJ -
Congratulations to everyone getting their credit cards hit. I think that's awesome. This might piss some people off but I could give a sh!t if I draw an elk tag this year. After 26 straight elk tags I could take a break and just go help someone with a tag. Still waiting on the card hit or not. I would like to see my wife draw a cow tag. We could use the meat. Good luck everyone!

That doesn't sound good at all Jason. I have sent you a PM so be sure to read it. It might not be your answer but it's worth a shot. He served as the Az Diamond Backs physician and specializes in Arthroscopic Surgery and Orthopedic Trauma. He did my knee surgery and currently treating my wife for her shoulder pain. I like this guy and I hope he can be of help to you. If he can't I'm sure he will know who can help you. Richard C. Martin MD / Az Bone & Joint Call if you have any questions or if there is anything else I can help you with. TJ

Definitely a follow up shot. I lost my biggest coues because I didn't take a follow up shot. At 15yrds I hit high and the buck of my lifetime went down and then starting circling with blood covering the snow and drug himself up and bedded down 50yrds away. I went back to the truck and celebrated as I waited 1hr and then went to recover but there was no buck. Tracked for a mile with a spot of blood every 100 or so and then it hit the no snow side of the hill. Gone and I had time to stick it again. What the He!! was I thinking. TJ

I'm a firm believer in ground blinds. I've killed my share from a blind and have been with hunters who have killed using the ground blind as well. No, it's not necessary but if you know the pattern of the turkeys it makes for a comfortable stakeout. If you have a known watering hole with lots of tracks then I would definitely hunt from a ground blind. It will cover all your little moves that can spook a turkey. I don't know how many times I've had turkeys come in from behind me that I know I would have spooked if it wasn't for the blind. Makes for a nice day when it's raining as well. Did I tell you I like blinds? TJ

I would like some input on what to do for a top. I just purchased this 2007 Ranger XP and as you can see from the pictures it has an after market extended roll gage. Should I go with a soft top, custom aluminum diamond plate, or what? I plan on extending the side bed with a rail to keep my lab from falling out. What about a spare tire mounted on the roof. I'm open for all kinds of suggestions. Pros and cons on what has worked best for you. It came with a half and full windshield. I hear if I keep the full wind shield on I will get a lot of dust back up in the cab. Any ideas on keeping this from happening? All suggestions welcomed! TJ

Sorry to hear about your accident. Ilene told me about it last week while I was up at Tonto and just now saw it on hear. After reading thru all the post it's quite obvious you're not alone in your recovery. I never dislocated my shoulder but was a victim, of my own doings, back in 2007 when I had reconstructed surgery on my shoulder from another quad accident. Like everyone has already told you it's not a fun healing process. Hopefully your recovery goes much better than mine and others on here. Some of the best advise is to listen to your doctor and listen to what others have already told you. I know how bad you feel for your family and it might seem like the world has stopped but things will work out. Jayson, there's no doubt in my mine your family will be right there helping you along the road to recovery. Thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery my friend. TJ

I just purchased a Polaris XP and it had this back seat in it that I will not use. I would have to think it will bolt in to any side x side of any year. If anyone is interested send me a pm. I'm not sure what it came out of but I think a truck. it's in good shape and comfortable with seat belts. Asking $50! Thanks for looking. TJ
