Ernesto, I will be praying for the good lord to ease you of your pain. It saddens me to hear what you have been going thru. If you don't mind I would like to share a similar situation I went thru in hopes to help you stay positive during this time. I was know where near your condition but in a lot of pain for years. I'll keep it short. I fell about 10ft off a rock chasing pigs. Never did find all my arrows. I landed mostly on my hard head so that helped some. I went for 2 or 3yrs taking cortisone injections because my doctor kept telling me it was nothing to worry about. It finally came down to where I couldn't work and the pain was like no other. I fired my doctor and went to Barrow Neurological Institute and found I had herniated a disk in my neck. I now have a titanium plate holding my neck together. It fixed my problem and got me back to living a painless life. I hope this helps keep you positive in hopes of some pain relief soon.
