We had a great turnout of people at the banquet last night and I want to thank all the people who helped out.I also want to say a HuGE THANKS to all who donated to our banquet. Ammon donated a great sounding call that brought 250.00 to the live auction. I really enjoyed having everyone there showing there support for wildlife and the NWTF. Thanks everyone who was there I can only hope you had a great night and hope to see you all back again next year. The East Valley Toms Chapter of the NWTF is having our annual hunting heritage fundraising banquet. It is on March 4th at the Bass Pro Shops in Mesa. Doors open at 3:30 pm and we are usually done by 8:30 so you can get you guns you won before the store closes at 9 pm. This is a really fun event and we like to focus on the kids. Right now we are about 1/2 way sold out!! If you have not ordered your seat, please do so as soon as possible. We have very limited seating 80 seats, that means you have better odds of wining as well. OK, so our table did not confirm. We have about 6 seats left. We would love to have a few more CWT'ers to represent. You will have lots of fun and if you have kids, they will have a blast. They will have a chance to win a gun or Butler bag or a back pack filled with goodies, after they get drawn for the first round of prizes. We are having Famous Dave's BBQ cater the event, so lots of good food. If you want to come you can download the application and mail it in, or just call Kathi and she will get you on the list.

Sean, the doors open at 3:30 Dinner will be served starting at 5:15, but it will be available for at least an hour or more. The games will be available to play up to about 7pm. I think the Live auction will start around 6pm.

Jim White's wife passed away a while back and all remaining items went to her daughter that's all I know.

Well we have 20 tickets left and will be at the Sportsmans Warehouse in Flagstaff Saturday Feb 11th at 11 am to finish selling them and will do the drawing that day as well. Thanks for all that purchased and good luck.

My wife and I will be showing up to help out,I will be mentoring again as I have been told I was requested as a mentor for the same lady I was with last year and Kathi will be helping around camp with the cooking and other stuff. Can not wait as this is a really fun time.

I realize lately a lot of wildlife organizations have been doing a ton of raffles that are mainly guns and optics. as the president of the NWTF EAST VALLEY TOMS I have also been doing a few so here is the question and it could have been asked already, What is the one thing you would like to see in a raffle? Please remember that a lot of groups have limited funds to buy high end items. I would really appreciate some input on my question from all of you. Thanks for the great answer to my question and PLEASE keep them coming. HuntHarder we are trying to keep the amount of tickets sold to 100 or less so the odds of winning are better. Thanks again. Saquaro when we purchase a item for a raffle we buy it from a store that you can exchange it for a gift card and get you a totally different item or a different caliber at the same cost as the item originally won it the raffle,so if you want a different caliber or a left handed rifle or bow you can but you pay for any higher cost yourself. When we have something given to us to raffle it is what it is. Thanks again. Mark
