Just curious—do any of you enjoy a good cigar out in the woods or around camp after a hunt? Do you have any go-to sticks you like to light up after a successful day? Let’s hear what you’re enjoying!

I’ve never had a cat crap in my mouth so I can’t really speak to that. Cigars are like other things an acquired taste. They’re all not created equal. Some are most definitely better than others.

FYI Bruno’s is getting a shipment in if anyone is looking. You need to contact them to place an order. Call Bruno Shooters Supply to place a pre-order for the upcoming Alliant powder shipment. ((623) 587-7641)

100% against this but I don’t see the point in calling a Democrat Senator that won’t be voting for this bill anyways. -
SRP doesn’t supply the power.

Fire restrictions were lifted a couple weeks ago. Fire officials will lift Emergency Stage 1 Fire Restrictions across the entire #TontoNF beginning Friday, August 23 at 8 a.m. due to recent monsoon rain and lower fire danger. With recreational target shooting and campfire restrictions being lifted, visitors are urged to shoot responsibly in areas free of vegetation and be especially vigilant about practicing campfire safety. Remember, never leave a campfire unattended and when it's time to put the fire out, dump lots of water on it, stir it with a shovel, then dump more water on it. Make sure it is COLD before leaving the campsite. If it's too hot to touch, it's too hot to leave! For more information about campfire safety visit Smokey’s website for how-tos and tips at https://smokeybear.com/en/prevention-how-tos/campfire-safety. The public is reminded, dragging trailer chains and vehicle fires always have the potential to ignite a wildfire but the public can reduce this risk by double checking their trailer chains before heading out to the forest and having regular vehicle maintenance.

What is the complete dressed out weight? -
When I broke in my 7PRC proof barrel I used Hornady factory ammo and was blown away by the velocity deviations. 200+ fps difference. Not a big deal for me though because I would never trust factory ammo for hunting.

Haven’t had Netflix since they put out Cutties.

If you’re in the Tempe area I strongly recommend Axisworks. -
Coues Deer Rifle Build

The extra 6 inches is definitely not a deal breaker but it is noticeable when strapped to the side of the pack while moving through thick overgrown vegetation. On a side note. At the same time I had the 6.5 PRC built I had my 28 Nosler rebarreled from a 28” to a 26” Proof in 7PRC. It’s shooting the 195 EOL @ 3030fps at 1/4 moa. Velocity is very similar to my 28 Nosler considering it has 2” less in barrel length. -

And what velocities will you get from a 7mm-08 with a 20 inch barrel. I Built a 6.5 PRC that is shooting a 156 Berger at 2890 @ less than 1/2 moa with a 20” proof. Nothing crazy but it’s a purpose built rifle for backpacking.
