    It could be that there were people drawn, but their checks bounced so their tags are up for leftover now. That happened a few years ago when I applied for a turkey tag, and my first choice hunt had left over tags, that was G&F explanation when I called and asked them why the heck I didn't get it the first go around.

    Thats pretty messed up ! I had my first trail camera stolen by strawberry last year, I wish I had pictures of the person who did it.

    Coues in unit 20C

    I have hunted 20C for 5-6 years for the HAM javelina hunt. I can tell you that the western part of 20C, around hillside, looks good for coues but I've never seen any. Saw a monster mule deer with does and a mountain lion on another occasion, but thats about it.
