Started my 2nd week of insanity work out....it kicks my butt but I feel good to have done something, it flat out will put you into a sweat in nothing flat. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. put me down to 140 which is prime weight for my height. Str8shot is spot on with his food mix there, I also do alot of grilled chicken.....I lost 30 pounds during wrestling season last year....those boiled eggs do produce gas though so watch out. Great idea with the Monday morning check in, I plan on keeping too it....thanks for the motivation.

Drew the 27 December whitetail hunt with my boys so 4 tags total. We have hunted 27 for years during the October hunt but never in December. Curious as to things that change between October and December. I know that depending on snow roads can be closed but does it really impact where the bucks are? Feed might change due to snow pushing animals to a different area. Possible rut going on. Will the bucks be where the doe were in October??? Thicker thermals of course......can't wait.

Where do you store your tag before hunting season?

Having lost a valuable item years ago out in the woods to have it returned by an honest person I can tell you it is an awesome feeling to have that phone call come saying that the lost item was found by an honest person who wants to get it back to the rightful owner.......that is just great, great job BeardownAZ

We were headed to Oklahoma State for a wrestling camp this summer. He started hurting bad by the time we hit Albuquerque so we stopped and found a hospital. Less that 24 hours later we were headed on to Oklahoma, Cole wouldn't be able to wrestle but he still wanted to go watch and film. He got to spend quality time visiting with John Smith. We got the bill yesterday........$37,000.00.............WHAT?????? Don't get me wrong, I am glad they took care of Cole but really? That is almost equivalent to my yearly salary. We did have insurance but WOW........crazy stuff right there, $37,000.00................

Always fun to see the little ones......great pics.....

All is good, the insurance we have on him is a 5000 deductible 70/30 plan so bottom line is we still had about 3000 left to pay on deductible and will still owe 5000 when it is all cleared up. When I asked Blue Cross/Blue Shield who was going to pay the remaining $32000.00 they said because the hospital was in the "consortium" the rest just gets waived which then leads me to believe that the $37,000.00 is a highly inflated price. I work pretty hard to not be part of the 43%.........and I have filled my staple gun many, many times for alot less than $1000.00......and I have never made somebody else pay for my work because somebody sued or somebody defaulted on work done............we are currently waiting to get the "itemized" bill......can't wait to see that.......

One last sick twist to this post......does not the immigration issue directly affect hunting issues??? Just saying, if the Shiites are causing problems in Michigan it is impacting hunting as any and every lefty out there will bring it back to gun rights.....you see the sewer I am headed down right??? -

Kinda disappointed myself as I relied heavily on great members of this sight to keep me up to date on the latest craze around the world as well as here in AZ......honestly I almost always went to the political section first then started at the top and work my way down the list of topics to view. I do respect what Amanda has done and the high level of keeping this a great site that I would let my grandkids visit which is saying a lot in todays selection of things to let kids view. Keep up the good work Amanda as I will try to find another avenue to keep up to date on my political information. Still the best site out there.....right here at CWT.com..... -
I hate the revolving door that sports has become.....players coming and going I don't even know who Peralta is?????

A Border Fence?

I posted this a couple years ago I think or maybe I wished I had can't remember. I bought a bird feeder. I hung It on my back porch and filled It with seed. What a beauty of a bird feeder it was, as I filled it lovingly with seed. Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food. But then the birds started building nests in the boards of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue. Then came the poop. It was everywhere: on the patio tile, the chairs, the table, everywhere! Then some of the birds turned mean. They would dive bomb me and try to peck me even though I had fed them out of my own pocket. And other birds were boisterous and loud. They sat on the feeder and squawked and screamed at all hours of the day and night and demanded that I fill it when it got low on food. After a while, I couldn't even sit on my own back porch anymore. So I took down the bird feeder and in three days the birds were gone. I cleaned up their mess and took down the many nests they had built all over the patio. Soon, the back yard was like it used to be.....quiet, serene....and no one demanding their rights to a free meal. Now let's see......Our government gives out free food, subsidized housing, free medical care and free education, and allows anyone born here to be an automatic citizen. Then the illegal's came by the tens of thousands. Suddenly our taxes went up to pay for free services; small apartments are housing 5 families; you have to wait 6 hours to be seen by an emergency room doctor; Your child's second grade class is behind other schools because over half the class doesn't speak English. Corn Flakes now come in a bilingual box; I have to 'press one ' to hear my bank talk to me in English, and people waving flags other than "ours" are squawking and screaming in the streets, demanding more rights and free liberties. Just my opinion, but maybe it's time for the government to take down the bird feeder! -
