Coming off an off ramp exit hit a patch of ice and according to Cole “the snow sucked them in”

My best friend died in a car wreck about 10 years ago! I stopped to visit his dad a month ago and he has been really sick for about two years! Hadnt seen him and his wife for 30 years! They have spent all their retirement/savings trying to keep him alive! I was determined to try and help as they prepare for his passing! Those two put up with a lot of crap and were such a support for me as a kid! Frank and Floydean moved from Virden to Cotton City to farm and ranch but Phelps Dodge out at Playas became too good to refuse for many of the local farmers! Their son Jerry and I hunted, fished, trapped and chased girls together! This family made life bonus enjoyable out in the middle of nowhere! Frank may your last days on this earth be painless and know you made a difference!

This is 100% true. I have never ever in my life see a more trashy fan base that Eagles fans.They are 100% legit bad and they travel well too. Luckily for me the Cardinals beat them in the 2009 NFC Championship game in Glendale. I remember going to a Cardinals game in the early days at ASU stadium against the Eagles and the bleachers were full of them.....it was spooky cause I thought it was a cardinals home game!!! One of my first every NFL live NFL games!!! Yeah that had to be awful.. Back when the Cardinals played in the NFC East.. Played Philly and Dallas twice a year. I was a kid back then but I remember going to games and sitting in the aluminum bleachers and who could forget being a kid and having to pee in the horse trough urinals at Sun Devil Stadium lol. Funny story about those urinals.......I took my small boys to the restroom, in that day there was a mens and womens.....and we are all standing there, me and myt three young boys.....and all the sudden the women started coming in heading for the stalls......my boys are all like....dad, what the heck!!!! Good times getting run over by the women......

If you have ever been around those Tanita scales and the way they weigh wrestlers these days estimating body fat and BMI.......crazy some of these kids at 4%!!! Have to have at least 6% or you have to have a doctors note saying that is normal for you. Rumor is, Blue Ridge eats a gallon of ice cream and it throws the Tanita scales off

eating everything in moderation is like road hunting with a rifle, keto is like hiking a rocky steep hill with a recurve. no foods are bad, just quantities. Some of us just struggle with road hunting........and just always end up on that rocky steep hill.........maybe someday I will get it!!!

It is kinda like hunting.......string and stick works for some, long range for others, right now my motivation is working with the program despite it being so simple as pushing the plate away........it is good to hear of the different ways people are successful maybe I can get mentally tough and develop eating habits that will take me where I want to be!!
